Shipping, Returns, & Payment
Policies & Information
* How long will it take my order to ship? Instock items will be shipped within 10 days of payment being received. Custom order can take up to three weeks to ship.
* How will my order be shipped? All orders are shipped via priority mail. Local orders can picked up . Shipping and handling are calculated at the checkout and are based upon the weight of each product plus a $1 handling charge.
* What is your return policy? Because of the nature of our skin care products, they may not be returned except in cases of product defect. In case of product defect, please contact me within 30 days to arrange a return.
* What method of payment is accepted? I accept payments made through PayPal (including credit cards - visa, mastercard, discover and american express), or checks or money orders. Paying by check may delay shipment of order by up to one week.
